This site is not intended for children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information via this site from visitors in this age group. We encourage parents to talk to their children about use of the internet.

Your personal information enables us to provide you with the information you have requested, with information regarding the status of your membership and transactions, and with information regarding future opportunities that may suit your particular interests. We also use your personal information to help identify you if you lose your password and to help you quickly find information on the Website.
Certain personal information will be available for public display on the Website if you elect to be included in the Member Directory. If you do not consent to such disclosure, do not complete the Office Information page of the Website.

ACOS supports the development and implementation of a standard "do not track" browser feature that provides customers with control over the collection and use of information about their web-browsing activities. Once a standardized "do not track" feature is released, ACOS intends to adhere to the browser settings accordingly.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. ACOS contracts with a third party to maintain and host the Website and with third party secure payment processing providers. Therefore, any information you submit, including personal information, will be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by these third party hosts. The third parties have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use.
If you choose to use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. Therefore, safeguard your ACOS password and use caution and discretion when posting information on public areas of the site.
